8 metus žemės ūkio sektoriuje dirbantis ūkininkas dirba 111,57 hektaro mišriame ūkyje Veliko Tarnovo regione, Bulgarijoje. Derlingiausiuose žemės sklypuose augina kviečius, saulėgrąžas ir kukurūzus. Dalis dirbamos žemės skirta ganykloms, kuriose ganosi 155 pieninės ožkos.
Verslininkas daugiausia dėmesio skiria metodams, kaip padidinti ūkio pajamas ir pelną. "Pasėlių kainos paprastai kyla šaltuoju metų laiku, todėl derlių verta laikyti ilgiau ir parduoti tada, kai kainos yra didžiausios. Kasmet juos įvertinu ir ieškau geriausio momento parduoti, ketinu tai padaryti ir šiemet", - teigia projekto savininkas. 
Neseniai ūkininkas pateikė paraišką ES subsidijoms gauti ir gavo papildomą finansavimą naujai įrangai įsigyti. Dabartinį ūkio technikos parką sudaro traktorius, plūgas, akėčios, kultivatorius ir ryšulių vyniotuvas, kurie bus įkeisti už šią paskolą.

Neseniai ūkininkas dėl iš HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenės gauto finansavimo išplėtė savo ūkio teritoriją nuo 96,29 ha iš praėjusios priežasties iki 111,57 ha šiandien.
Šiuo metu verslininkas turi 3 aktyvias paskolas, kurių bendra likusi pagrindinė suma yra 24 775, jis taip pat yra visiškai grąžinęs BG0000339

Dabar ūkininkas ieško papildomo finansavimo dar vienam hektarui žemės įsigyti, likusi suma taip pat bus panaudota daliai jo turimos paskolos padengti.

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
