"Slavyantsi 04" yra žemės ūkio kooperatyvas, įsikūręs Slavyantsi kaime, Sungurlare savivaldybėje, Burgaso regione, Bulgarijoje. 2007 m. įkurtas ūkis yra Sungurlaro slėnyje, kuris įsikūręs pietinėje Balkanų kalnų papėdėje. Šis regionas turi senas vynuogių auginimo ir vyno gamybos tradicijas, kurias Slavyantsi tęsia ir šiandien.

Pastaruosius kelerius metus ūkis valdė iš viso 190 ha plotą, o dabar nusprendė sumažinti nuomojamos žemės plotą. Šiandien kooperatyvas iš viso valdo 131,18 ha plotą, kuris, jų teigimu, yra efektyviausias: 30,16 ha vynuogynų, 4,5 ha vyšnių, o likusi dalis skirta javams - kviečiams, saulėgrąžoms ir liucernoms - auginti. Dalis žemės ūkio paskirties žemės taip pat skirta gyvenamiesiems pastatams vietos gyventojams. 

Vynuoges jie tiekia vietos spirito varyklai, kuri gamina vyną eksportui ir vidaus rinkai. 



Dabar bendrovė skolinasi 20 202 EUR, siekdama refinansuoti ankstesnę paskolą BG000595, kurios likutis yra 6 990 EUR, o likusios lėšos bus naudojamos apyvartinėms lėšoms. Paskolai užtikrinti bus įregistruotas vilkiko Lamborghini STRIKE 105.4T4i, kuris buvo panaudotas kaip įkeitimas refinansavimo paskolai BG0000595, įkeitimas.

Po refinansavimo bendrovė "HeavyFinance" platformoje turės keturias paskolas (BG000743, BG0001947 ir BG0001296), įskaitant šią paskolą. , aktyvus paskolos likutis bus 53 052 EUR.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
