Bendrovė "Dimitrovi IV Ltd." nuo 2009 m. vykdo veiklą Popovo mieste, Bulgarijoje. Bendras bendrovės dirbamos žemės plotas yra 270 ha, 2022 m. bendrovė savo ūkio teritoriją išplėtė 20 ha.


Šiuo metu žemės ūkio naudmenos skiriamos kviečiams (120 ha), ekologiškoms saulėgrąžoms (120 ha) ir liucernoms (30 ha), jų produkcija daugiausia parduodama Europos rinkoje. Bendrovė turi visą derliui nuimti, perdirbti reikalingą įrangą ir kitus smulkesnius padargus, įskaitant kombainą ir traktorių.
Be to, įmonės savininkė Viliana Ivanova Dimitrova užsiima pieno gamyba ir pagal individualią veiklą laiko 50 melžiamų karvių.

Dimitrovi IV Ltd. jau žinoma HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenei. Bendrovė "HeavyFinance" platformoje visiškai padengė dvi paskolas BG0000558 ir BG0000689, kurių bendra pagrindinė suma yra 113 600 EUR. Šiuo metu bendrovė turi penkias galiojančias paskolas, kurių bendras aktyvus likutis yra 217 500 € ir iš kurių laiku vykdo savo įsipareigojimus.

Dabar jie ieško papildomo 50 500 € finansavimo, siekdami refinansuoti BG0001164 ir BG0001184, išduotas pagal projekto savininko tėvui priklausančios bendrovės "Bioinvest Ltd." vardu. Po refinansavimo "Bioinvest Ltd." paskolos likutis "HeavyFinance" platformoje bus lygus nuliui.



Paskolos sumai užtikrinti bus įregistruotas 2,2 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės, ūkinio pastato, melžimo įrenginio ir šaldymo cisternos įkeitimas. 

Bendrovė "Bioinvest Ltd." ir pats tėvas taip pat teikia garantiją už papildomą paskolos priemonę.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
