Lilijana pradėjo ūkininkauti daugiau kaip prieš 10 metų ir dabar valdo 111,52 ha ariamos žemės Staro selo kaime, Vracos regione.
Jos ūkyje ganyklos ir pievos yra sertifikuotos kaip ekologiškos. Ūkyje yra visa reikalinga technika: 2 traktoriai, mulčiavimo mašina, šienapjovė, šieno kombainas ir presas.
Žemės ūkio patirtis perduota jos šeimoje. Dabar jos anūkas įkūrė nuosavą ūkį ir neseniai laimėjo Kaimo plėtros programos „Jaunasis ūkininkas“ konkursą.


Lilijaną „HeavyFinance“ investuotojų bendruomenė pažįsta dėl keturių ankstesnių paskolų, iš kurių dvi buvo visiškai grąžintos. 
Dabar verslininkė skolinasi 11 669 €, kad refinansuotų savo paskolą BG0001105, kurios likusi pagrindinė suma yra 5 696 €, o likusi suma bus panaudota apyvartinėms lėšoms. 
Paskola bus užtikrinta jos traktoriaus ir transporto priemonės įkeitimu. Be to, jos dukra kaip papildomą paskolos užtikrinimo priemonę pateikia savo asmeninį laidavimą.


Ūkininkė turi teisę gauti ES subsidiją, kurios dydis - 38,4 tūkst. eurų nuo bendro 111,52 dirbamų hektarų ploto. Ši suma buvo panaudota kaip pirminis jos paskolos BG0001628, kurios negrąžinta suma šiuo metu yra 26 891 €, įkeitimas. Siekiant užtikrinti didesnį paskolos saugumą, šiai paskolai užtikrinti bus įregistruota subsidijos antrinė hipoteka.
Subsidijos ūkininkams, remiamiems pagal bendrosios žemės ūkio politikos schemas ir priemones, įskaitant schemą „Vienkartinė išmoka už plotą“ iš Valstybinio žemės ūkio fondo, bus mokamos į ūkininko sąskaitą, kurioje „HeavyFinance“ turi visas galimybes naudotis įkeista gautina suma

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
