Lilyana nuo 2012 m. aktyviai verčiasi žemės ūkiu Vratsa rajone, kur šiuo metu valdo 144,71 hektaro ekologiškai sertifikuotų ganyklų. Per metus ji nuolat plėtė savo žemės ūkio veiklą, gamindama šieną ir augindama 78 arklius savo ūkyje. Lilyana taip pat dalyvauja dirvožemio derlingumo programose ir yra įsipareigojusi išlaikyti nuolatinės ganyklos būklę.

Jos ūkyje yra reikalinga šieno gamybos technika, o kiekvienais metais ji plečia savo žemės plotą ir gyvulių skaičių. Žemės ūkis yra šeimos tradicija – jos dukra aktyviai dalyvauja versle ir bus šios paskolos laiduotoja.

Lilyana yra gerai žinoma ir patikima HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenės skolininkė. Iki šiol ji paėmė šešias paskolas, iš kurių keturios jau yra visiškai grąžintos. Dvi likusios paskolos yra aktyvios ir vykdomos, mokėjimai nevėluojami. Dabartinis likutis yra 37 355,53 eurai, kurie yra visiškai užtikrinti.

Šį kartą Lilyana prašo trumpalaikės 4 mėnesių paskolos, kad galėtų finansuoti skubius pjovimo darbus savo ganyklose piko sezono metu. Paskola bus užtikrinta antruoju įkeitimu iš jos numatomos 2024 m. ES subsidijos, kurios suma yra 43 738,76 eurų. Ši subsidija jau yra įkeista kaip pagrindinis užstatas paskolai BG0002163, kurios likusi suma šiuo metu yra 29 466,62 eurų. Naujoji paskola bus antra pagal eilę už šią subsidiją. Be to, Lilyanos dukra pateiks asmeninį laidavimą, kad dar labiau užtikrintų paskolą.

Turint gerą grąžinimo istoriją, nuolatinį ūkio augimą ir užtikrintą struktūrą, ši paskola investuotojams suteikia trumpalaikę galimybę, kurią garantuoja patikimas ir patyręs skolininkas.




Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
