Šis projektas suteikia „HeavyFinance“ investuotojams galimybę investuoti į lietuviško kapitalo įmonės UAB „Agronera“ plėtrą. Surinktos lėšos bus skirtos žemės sklypo įsigijimui, o paskolos užtikrinimui bus įkeičiamas perkamas 4 ha sklypas bei ūkio veikloje naudojamas purkštuvas.
Prieš penkis metus ūkininkų šeimos įkurta įmonė šiuo metu valdo 79 hektarų ploto žemės ūkį Telšių rajone, kuriame auginamos grūdinės kultūros, o su turima technika įmonė taip pat teikia paslaugas kitiems ūkiams.
Kadangi 2020 metais Lietuvoje užderėjo gausus derlius, „Agroneros“ finansinė situacija gerėja. Daugiau užauginta ne tik savame ūkyje, bet taip pat praėjusio sezono metu įmonė gavo užsakymų nukulti apie 300 hektarų kukurūzų laukų. Beje, praeitais metais šie darbai buvo atlikti su savaeigiu smulkintuvu „Claas Jaguar 870“, kurio įsigijimui bendrovė pasiskolino 65.000 € iš „HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenės. Taip pat, įmonė skolinosi 15.300 € dviems šalia esantiems sklypams įsigyti, kurių bendras plotas siekia beveik 3 hektarus. Bendrai UAB „Agronera“ yra pasiskolinusi 80.300 €. Mokėjimus įmonė atlieka laiku.
Dabar verslininkų šeima yra nusimačiusi ir toliau plėsti turimą teritoriją, tad šis projektas yra skirtas 4 ha žemės sklypo įsigijimui. Bendrovė pirmine hipoteka įkeis ne tik perkamą žemės sklypą bet ir purkštuvą “Amazone UX 5200 Super”.
Palūkanų norma:
- Investuojant nuo 100 € - palūkanos 11%
- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 11,8%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 12,5%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 12.7%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 13%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
