Šiuo projektu suteikiame „HeavyFinance“ investuotojų bendruomenei galimybę investuoti į lietuviško ūkio plėtrą. Finansavimas bus naudojamas naujos grūdų džiovyklės įsigijimui iš UAB „Dotnuva Baltic“. Paskola bus užtikrinta įkeičiant perkamą džiovyklę bei ūkyje naudojamą traktorių.
Per septynerius metus savo augalininkystės ūkį Pasvalio rajone verslininkas išplėtė nuo 60 iki 174,86 ha deklaruojamos žemės plotų. Čia daugiausiai auginamos pupos, kviečiai bei krapai.
Neseniai prie ūkio prijungęs daugiau nuomojamos žemės plotų, projekto savininkas dairosi finansavimo galimybių naujos įrangos įsigijimui. Šiuo projektu ūkininkas skolinasi 78.650 €, kurie bus naudojami Suomijoje gamintai mobiliai grūdų džiovyklei „Arska SW348“ įsigyti.
Šiuo metu ūkio technikos parką sudaro keturi traktoriai, sėjamoji, kombainas, kultivatorius bei kita derliaus paruošimo bei nuėmimo darbams reikalinga technika.
Artimiausiuose verslininko ateities planuose yra ir dabar jau statomo sandėlio grūdams laikyti pabaigimas. Praplėtus žemės plotus, ūkininkas tikisi dar sėkmingesnio sezono, tad tam ruošiasi iš anksto. Taip pat, verslininkas tikina, kad nuolat dairosi galimybių nuomotis bei įsigyti daugiau žemių.
„HeavyFinance“ investuotojų bendruomenė neseniai finansavo dvi ūkininko paskolas, kurios buvo skirtos sėjamosios bei prikabinamo diskinio skutiko įsigijimui. Bendras ūkininko paskolų portfelis „HeavyFinance“ sudaro 71.500 €.

- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 13,7%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 13,9%
- Investuojant nuo 20.000 € - palūkanos 14,4%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
