Šis projektas suteikia „HeavyFinance“ investuotojams galimybę investuoti į lietuviško ekologinio ūkio veiklą.
15 metų ūkininkavimo patirtį turinti verslininkė valdo 147,75 ha mišrų ekologinį ūkį Anykščių rajono savivaldybėje. 95 ha ūkio žemės yra skirta ekologinių javų auginimui, o likusią dalį užima pievos. Verslininkė ūkininkauja su kitais šeimos nariais, o bendrai ūkininkų šeima valdo apie 800 hektarų plotą, kuriame auginama tik ekologinė produkcija.
Rugsėjo mėnesio pradžioje ūkininkė už savas lėšas įsigijo 25 ekologinius 8-12 mėnesių amžiaus veršelius auginimui. Dar šią savaitę, iš ankstesnio projekto metu pasiskolintų lėšų, ūkininkė įsigys ekologinės aubrakų veislės 35 vnt telyčias bei 2 grynaveislius bulius. Verslininkė tikina, jog telyčios veršiuosis 2022 m. vasario - kovo mėnesiais, o paaugusius veršelius bus galima parduoti jau po 8-10 mėnesių uždirbant 900 € už 1 vnt. arba po 20-24 mėnesiu gauant po 1.600 €.
Į plėtrą orientuota ūkininkė dabar skolinasi dviejų žemės sklypų, kurių bendras plotas 10,20 ha*, įsigijimui.
Šiuo metu ūkio veikloje naudojamas kombainas, traktorius bei priekaba, skirta grūdų pervežimui. Ūkininkės paskolų portfelis sudaro 199.700 € - ankščiau verslininkė skolinosi naujo traktoriaus bei gyvulių įsigijimui su patvirtinta parama. Dvi paskolas verslininkė jau yra grąžinusi, Dabartinių paskolų įmokos atliekamos laiku.
Deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 147,75 ha, iš kurių 125 hektarai nuosavi.
Metinė palūkanų norma - 6%
*Pagal pridėtą žemės sklypų planą:
1-2) 40,7 ha nuosavos dirbamos žemės
3) 10,20 ha šiuo projektu perkama žemė
4) 35 ha sūnui priklausanti žemė
5) 14 ha nuomojama žemė iš privataus asmens, kurią kitais metais planuojama įsigyti
6-10) 7 hektarai dirbamos žemės nuomojamos iš Valstybės
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
