2015 m. pradėjęs ūkininkauti projekto savininkas Tauragės rajone vysto mišrų ūkį. 70% ūkio skirta galvijams - jame laikoma 200 melžiamų karvių bei 100 prieauglio. Likę 30% paskirti augalininkystei - auginami kviečiai, avižos ir rapsai. Beveik 230 ha plote ūkininkas vysto ekologinį ūkį.
Ūkyje ne sezono metu dirba 6 darbuotojai visi jie yra šeimos nariai, su kuriais kartu ūkininkas dirba apie 500 ha plotą. Prasidėjus pašarų ruošai ir javapjūtei samdomi papildomi darbuotojai, tad jų skaičius padidėja iki 10-12.
Šiai dienai projekto savininkas savo techinikos parke turi du kombainus, 5 traktorius ir kitų papildomų padargų su kuriais ūkininkas ne tik prižiūri savo ūkį, bet ir teikia kitiems ūkiams žemės apdirbimo paslaugas.
Dabar ūkininkas iš HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenės skolinasi 35 828 € apyvartiniam kapitalui padidinti. Lėšos bus panaudotos sezono pradžios pasiruošimo darbams, kurui, trąšoms bei sėkloms įsigyti ir smulkaus inventoriaus atnaujinimui.
Deklaruojamos žemės plotas: 223,86 ha, iš kurių 94,18 ha yra nuosavi.

- Investuojant nuo 100 € - palūkanos 6,1%
- Investuojant nuo 500 € - palūkanos 6,8%
- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 7,1%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 7,6%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 7,8%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 8,2%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
