Apie projektą
Nuo 2012 m. ūkininkaujantis projekto savininkas, patirties įgijo jau nuo mažens padėdamas tečio ūkyje. Dabar ūkininkas Pasvalio rajone valdo 121 ha augalininkystės ūkį, kurio valdas jis nuosekliai didina siekdamas išsiplėsti iki 200 ha, o bendras šeimos ūkis siekia 200 ha. Ūkyje auginami kviečiai bei rapsai, o jo priežiūra rūpinamasi kartu su tėvo pagalba. Taip pat nuo praeitų metų projekto savininkas pradėjo vykdyti ir beariminę žemdirbystę.
Šiai dienai ūkio technikos parkas susideda iš trijų traktorių, kombaino ir kitų darbui reikalingų padarg. Ūkyje taip pat yra ir mobili džiovykla, jos pagalba nukultą produkciją galima saugoti kieme įrengtuose grūdų bokštuose (2 vnt.). Šie bokštai talpina 200 tonų produkcijos, taip pat dar 100 tonų saugoma atviroje talpoje (bendrai beveik pusė nuimto derliaus), taip ūkininkas gali parduoti produkciją ne rugiapjūtės metu, žymiai geresnėmis kainomis.
Dabar projekto savininkas skolinasi 35 000 € angaro statybai. Jame planuojama ne tik laikyti jau turimą techniką, bet ir sandėliuoti dar daugiau produkcijos. Paskola bus užtikrinta traktoriaus įkeitimu.
Ūkininkas deklaruoja 121,3 ha žemės, iš kurių 54,09 ha yra nuosavi..

- Investuojant nuo 1.000 € - palūkanos 10,1%
- Investuojant nuo 2.000 € - palūkanos 10,6%
- Investuojant nuo 5.000 € - palūkanos 10,8%
- Investuojant nuo 10.000 € - palūkanos 11,2%
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
