Verslininkas įkūrė ūkį 2015 m. ir dabar turi 82 ha deklaruojamos žemės, kurioje kartu su šeima augina vasarinius ir žieminius kviečius, kitas grūdines kultūras.
Jis turi 2 traktorius, kombainą, sėjamąją ir kitą smulkesnę techniką. Ūkyje taikomas neariamosios žemdirbystės metodas.
Dabar ūkininkas iš "HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenės siekia pasiskolinti 16 000 EUR purkštuvui pirkti.
Tai ne pirmoji ūkininko paskola platformoje. Projekto savininkas iš viso yra pasiskolinęs 95 711 EUR ir jau grąžino 52 739 EUR kredito dalį bei 23 324 EUR palūkanų.
Esamų paskolų LT0000027 ir LT0000722 likutis yra 42 971,29 EUR, lėšos buvo panaudotos kombainui John Deere 9660 ir teleskopiniam krautuvui Claas Scorpion 7030 iWTS įsigyti. Projekto savininko įkeisto turto vertė pagal 2020 m. lapkričio mėn. ir 2022 m. balandžio mėn. vertinimą yra 145 tūkst. eurų. Be to, paskola LT0000722 yra garantuota 80 proc. individualia garantija, kurią teikia valstybės valdoma nacionalinė plėtros įstaiga UAB Žemės ūkio paskolų garantijų fondas (ŽŪPGF).
Gavus šią paskolą bendras įsipareigojimas "HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenei būtų 58 971,29 EUR.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
