Payment schedule
Ūkis deklaruoja 101,58 ha žemės (visa ji nuomojama), skirtos ganykloms ir pašarams auginti. Ūkininkė ūkininkauja kartu su vyru, kuris taip pat valdo savo ūkį, iš viso abu kartu augina 130 galvijų.
2022 m. prasidėjus karui ir gerokai padidėjus kaimyninių ūkių pelningumui, susidarė palankios sąlygos ūkiui gauti papildomų pajamų teikiant žemės ūkio paslaugas. Be to, didelę dalį pajamų ūkis gaudavo iš tarpininkavimo perkant grynaveislius gyvulius eksportui. Už gautą pelną ūkis įsigijo 38 grynaveisles angusų veislės telyčias ir 5 angusų veislės veislinius bulius.
2023 m. labai sumažėjo kaimyninių ūkių pelningumas, o grynaveislių gyvulių eksportas į Kazachstaną ir kitas Azijos šalis sumažėjo. Todėl ūkio pajamos iš žemės ūkio paslaugų teikimo ir tarpininkavimo perkant gyvulius eksportui taip pat sumažėjo. Tačiau prasidėjo pirmieji prieauglio pardavimai.
Tikimasi, kad 2024 m. planuojamos ekologinės grynaveislių angusų veislės mėsinių galvijų auginimo pajamos vėl augs dėl tiesioginės ūkio veiklos parduodant nujunkytus palikuonis. Visos nupirktos telyčios tapo karvėmis ir duoda palikuonių, kurie vėlyvą rudenį bus nujunkyti ir parduoti tolesniam penėjimui arba veisimui. Planuojama parduoti 35 atjunkytus veršelius po 950 EUR už vieną. Be to, planuojama gauti apie 30 000 EUR pajamų iš žemės ūkio paslaugų teikimo kaimyniniams ūkiams. Šiemet padidinus deklaruojamą žemės plotą iki 100 hektarų, tikimasi gauti apie 50 000 eurų pajamų iš tiesioginių išmokų.
Dabar ūkininkė skolinasi 15 000 €, kad padidintų savo ūkio apyvartines lėšas. Tai ne pirmoji paskola "HeavyFiannce" platformoje, ūkininkė jau yra visiškai ir laiku grąžinusi dvi paskolas LT000731 ir LT0001487.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
