Kviečiame investuoti į šeimos ūkį, kuris dirba 67,28 ha žemės, iš jų 12,91 ha priklauso nuosavybės teise. Ūkis specializuojasi augalininkystėje, kurioje auginami kviečiai, rapsai, miežiai, pupos ir žirniai, laikantis subalansuotos sėjomainos ir užtikrinant efektyvų darbų organizavimą sezono metu.

Ūkis aprūpintas visa būtina technika savarankiškam ir efektyviam darbui: naudojamas traktorius, skutikas, kombainas, fūra, purkštuvas bei kiti padargai. Tai leidžia ūkininkei savarankiškai atlikti visus pagrindinius žemės ūkio darbus, išlaikyti stabilią gamybą ir veiklos tęstinumą.

Tai jau trečioji ūkininkės paskola InSoil platformoje. Viena paskola jau sėkmingai grąžinta, o esami įsipareigojimai visada vykdomi laiku ir atsakingai, kas rodo patikimą finansinį valdymą ir atsakomybę.

2024 m. ūkis gavo 91 152 € pajamų (palyginti su 87 446 € 2023 m.), kas rodo stabilų augimą ir efektyvų ūkio valdymą. Šiuo metu skolininkė turi 10 781,81 € aktyvių užtikrintų paskolų, o bendra sumokėtų palūkanų suma viršija 8 000 €, patvirtinant gerą mokėjimų istoriją.

💶 Paskolos tikslas
Šios 25 000 € paskolos tikslas – padidinti apyvartinį kapitalą, siekiant užtikrinti sklandžią ūkio veiklą ir tolimesnį augimą. Lėšos bus naudojamos sezoninėms išlaidoms padengti – sėklų, trąšų, kuro įsigijimui bei technikos priežiūrai, kad ūkis galėtų tęsti veiklą be pertrūkių ir išlaikyti ilgalaikį stabilumą.

Šis projektas suteikia galimybę investuotojams prisidėti prie patikimo ir augančio šeimos ūkio, pasižyminčio atsakingu ūkininkavimu ir tvirtu įsipareigojimų vykdymu.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
