Payment schedule
Projektų savininkas savo augalininkystės ūkį Kelmės rajone įkūrė 2007 m., verslą sukūręs visiškai savarankiškai. Šiandien ūkyje auginami kviečiai, rapsai, miežiai, žirniai ir pupos, o visa produkcija parduodama ilgalaikiam partneriui – UAB „Agrokoncernas“.
Ūkininkas deklaruoja 231,68 ha ariamos žemės, iš kurių 140 ha yra nuosavi. Ūkį jis valdo kartu su šeimos nariais, o intensyviausiu sezonu pasitelkia papildomą darbuotoją. Ūkis aprūpintas dviem traktoriais, kombainu, sėjamąja, purkštuvu, priekabomis ir kita technika, leidžiančia visus laukų darbus atlikti savarankiškai.
Ūkininkas kreipiasi į „Insoil“ investuotojų bendruomenę dėl apyvartinių lėšų paskolos, kuri bus skirta pasirengti pavasario sezonui – degalų, trąšų įsigijimui, technikos remontui ir kitoms būtinoms veiklos išlaidoms padengti.
Ūkininkas naudojasi „Insoil“ paslaugomis nuo 2023 m. ir turi nepriekaištingą grąžinimų istoriją. Sudarytos dvi paskolos sutartys:
LT0001835 – suteikta 40 000 €, likutis 26 666,74 €, užtikrinta įkeistais žemės sklypais, paskolos terminas – 2027-12-05.
LT0002705 – suteikta 15 000 €, likutis 10 049,67 €, neužtikrinta, paskolos terminas – 2025-12-24. Ūkininkas įsipareigojo šią paskolą visiškai grąžinti naujos paskolos išdavimo dieną.
Visos esamos paskolos aptarnaujamos be jokių vėlavimų, su nuline pradelstų dienų istorija, kas rodo tvirtą finansinę drausmę ir patikimą įsipareigojimų vykdymą.
Atsižvelgiant į ūkio mastą, ilgametę patirtį, didelį nuosavos žemės plotą ir nepriekaištingą kredito istoriją, šis projektas yra mažos rizikos, patikima ir tvari investavimo galimybė.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
