ŪKIO APŽVALGA
Nuo 2000 metų Vilkaviškio rajone veikiantis grūdų ūkis augina kviečius, rapsus ir cukrinius runkelius. Ūkininkas valdo 764,81 ha dirbamos žemės, iš kurių 360 ha yra nuosavi, o bendras kartu su šeima dirbamas plotas viršija 800 ha. Tai vienas iš didesnių ir labiau įsitvirtinusių ūkių regione.

TECHNIKA IR ŪKININKAVIMO PRAKTIKOS
Ūkis aprūpintas trimis kombainais, keturiais traktoriais, sėjamąja, purkštuvu, priekabomis ir kita žemės dirbimo technika, leidžiančia savarankiškai atlikti visus lauko darbus. Žemė dirbama taikant neariminę (no-till) technologiją, kuri padeda išsaugoti dirvožemio struktūrą, sumažinti degalų sąnaudas ir pagerinti ilgalaikį produktyvumą.

PASKOLOS PARAIŠKA
Ūkininkas kreipiasi į Insoil investuotojų bendruomenę dėl paskolos apyvartinėms lėšoms stiprinti. Dalimi lėšų bus iš dalies padengta esama Insoil paskola LT0001935, kurios likutis siekia 61 637,97 €, o likusi suma bus skirta degalų ir trąšų įsigijimui, ruošiantis artėjančiam sezonui.

PASKOLOS UŽTIKRINIMAS
Paskola bus užtikrinta dviem žemės sklypais, kurių bendras plotas siekia 30,52 ha. Sklypų našumo balas – 32, o jų vertė nustatyta pagal Lietuvos Registrų centro duomenis.

FINANSINIAI REZULTATAI
2024 metais ūkis gavo 741 803 € pardavimo pajamų, o subsidijos sudarė 113 386 €. Padengus veiklos sąnaudas, ūkis užfiksavo 152 579 € grynojo pelno, kas rodo aukštą veiklos efektyvumą ir tvirtą pinigų srautų valdymą net esant sudėtingoms rinkos ir oro sąlygoms.

BALANSO PADĖTIS
Balansas atspindi stiprų finansinį stabilumą – nuosavas kapitalas siekia 1 188 183 €, o įsipareigojimų lygis yra palyginti žemas. Tai rodo konservatyvią kapitalo struktūrą ir mažos rizikos finansinį profilį.

INVESTICINĖ PERSPEKTYVA

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
