ŪKIO APŽVALGA
Šis projektas kviečia investuotojus prisidėti prie javų ūkio, veikiančio Kelmės rajone nuo 2010 metų, plėtros. Ūkininkas šiuo metu valdo 126,02 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės, iš kurios 90 ha yra nuosava žemė, o likusi dalis dirbama pagal nuomos sutartis. Ūkyje auginamos įvairios kultūros – pupos, vasariniai ir žieminiai rapsai, kviečiai bei kiti javai, užtikrinantys subalansuotą ir atsparią gamybos struktūrą.

TECHNIKOS BAZĖ
Ūkis aprūpintas visa būtina technika efektyviai augalininkystės gamybai. Turima technika apima kombainą, traktorių, purkštuvą, sėjamąją ir kitus žemės dirbimo bei priežiūros padargus. Ši technikos bazė leidžia ūkininkui savarankiškai atlikti visus žemės ūkio darbus ir išlaikyti stabilius gamybos pajėgumus viso sezono metu.

KREDITO ISTORIJA
Ūkininkas yra Insoil platformos klientas nuo 2021 metų. Per šį laikotarpį jam buvo suteiktos dvi paskolos, ir abi jos grąžintos laiku. Tai rodo tvirtą finansinę drausmę ir aukštą skolininko patikimumo lygį.

FINANSAVIMO TIKSLAS
Ūkininkas siekia pritraukti 15 000 € paskolą iš Insoil investuotojų bendruomenės. Lėšos bus skirtos apyvartiniam kapitalui, konkrečiai:
  • kuro įsigijimui,
  • smulkios technikos pirkimui, reikalingam artėjantiems laukų darbams.
  • Šis finansavimas padės sklandžiai pasiruošti kitam sezonui ir sustiprinti ūkio veiklos likvidumą.

PROJEKTO VERTINIMAS
Atsižvelgiant į:
  • ūkininko ilgametę patirtį (veikla nuo 2010 m.),
  • didelį valdomos žemės plotą ir stiprią nuosavos žemės dalį,
  • pakankamai išvystytą techninę bazę,
  • tvirtą ir nepriekaištingą kredito istoriją Insoil platformoje,
projektas vertinamas kaip mažos rizikos, patraukli investavimo galimybė, suteikianti investuotojams stabilias grąžos perspektyvas ir prisidedanti prie tvarios žemės ūkio plėtros.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
