ŪKIO APŽVALGA
Ūkio savininkas žemės ūkio veikla užsiima nuo 2012 m. Praktinę patirtį jis įgijo nuo ankstyvo amžiaus padėdamas tėvo ūkyje. Šiuo metu ūkininkas valdo 131,05 ha augalininkystės ūkį, iš kurių 28 ha priklauso jam nuosavybės teise. Ūkis nuolat plečiamas – bendras šeimos valdomas žemės plotas siekia apie 200 ha.
Pagrindinės auginamos kultūros – kviečiai ir rapsai. Nuo praėjusių metų ūkininkas pradėjo taikyti beariminės žemdirbystės (no-till) praktiką, kuri padeda sumažinti kuro sąnaudas, išsaugoti dirvožemio struktūrą ir didinti ilgalaikį ūkio tvarumą.

TECHNIKA IR INFRASTRUKTŪRA
Ūkio technikos parką sudaro:
  • trys traktoriai,
  • kombainas,
  • papildomi žemės ūkio padargai.
Ūkyje taip pat yra mobili grūdų džiovykla ir du grūdų bokštai, esantys ūkio teritorijoje, leidžiantys sandėliuoti iki 200 tonų produkcijos. Papildomai apie 100 tonų grūdų laikoma atviroje aikštelėje, kas sudaro beveik pusę viso derliaus. Tokia infrastruktūra suteikia galimybę saugoti derlių po nuėmimo ir realizuoti jį vėliau, esant palankesnėms rinkos kainoms.

FINANSAVIMO TIKSLAS
Ūkininkas kreipėsi į Insoil dėl paskolos apyvartinėms lėšoms. Gautos lėšos bus skirtos:
  • atsiskaitymams su tiekėjais,
  • kuro įsigijimui,
  • trąšų ir kitų veiklos sąnaudų padengimui.
Šis finansavimas užtikrins sklandžią kasdienę ūkio veiklą ir stabilų pasirengimą artėjančiam sezonui.

BENDRADARBIAVIMO SU INSOIL ISTORIJA
Svarbu pažymėti, kad tai nėra pirmasis ūkininko projektas Insoil platformoje. Nuo 2022 m. sudarytos trys paskolų sutartys, ir visos jos buvo visiškai grąžintos laiku. Tai patvirtina ūkininko patikimumą ir atsakingą požiūrį į finansinius įsipareigojimus.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
