🧑‍🌾 FARM OVERVIEW The crop farm was established in 2013 in the Ukmergė district. The farm cultivates a variety of cereal crops, including oats, wheat, buckwheat, peas, and others. The total arable land area under cultivation amounts to 180.68 hectares, of which 29.86 hectares are owned by the farmer. The remaining land is farmed under lease agreements. The farmer applies direct seeding (no-till) technology, which helps reduce production costs, preserve soil quality, and ensure sustainable long-term farming operations. 🚜 TECHNICAL BASE The farm is equipped with all essential agricultural machinery required for independent and efficient operations. The machinery fleet includes: two tractors, a combine harvester, harrows, a seeder, a fertilizer spreader, a sprayer, a grain transport trailer, other cultivation implements. This technical base allows the farm to perform all key agricultural operations on time without reliance on external service providers. 🤝 RELATIONSHIP WITH “INSOIL” The farmer has an established cooperation history with the InSoil platform. Currently, five loans are active on the platform, all of which are being repaid on time and without any issues. This demonstrates the farmer’s financial discipline and ability to meet obligations responsibly. 💶 PURPOSE OF FINANCING AND COLLATERAL The farmer is applying for financing to increase working capital, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and stable continuity of farm activities. To secure the loan, two land plots owned by the farmer will be pledged as collateral. 📌 INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS The project is characterized by: a farm operating for more than 10 years, sustainable farming practices (no-till), a sufficient and well-maintained machinery base, a proven cooperation history with InSoil, a clear and well-defined use of funds, loan security backed by real estate. This creates a solid foundation for investors seeking stable and predictable returns from the agricultural sector.
