Payment schedule
Mišrus ūkis, įsikūręs Ukmergės rajone, veikia nuo 2017 m. ir apjungia mėsinių galvijų auginimą bei augalininkystę. Ūkyje auginama 50 „Aubrac“ veislės mėsinių galvijų, o dalis dirbamos žemės skiriama grūdinių kultūrų auginimui, taip užtikrinant veiklos diversifikaciją ir papildomus pajamų šaltinius.

Ūkininkas šiuo metu valdo 7,71 ha žemės, iš kurių 11,86 ha yra nuosava. Pažymėtina, kad šiais metais ūkininkas planuoja deklaruoti ne mažiau kaip 20 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės, taip didindamas veiklos mastą ir stiprindamas ūkio gamybinius pajėgumus.

Ūkį ūkininkas valdo savarankiškai. Ūkio technikos bazę sudaro traktorius ir dirvos dirbimo padargai, leidžiantys atlikti pagrindinius žemės ūkio darbus, susijusius su žemės dirbimu, pašarų ruošimu ir kasdiene ūkio veikla.

Ūkininkas kreipėsi į Insoil dėl paskolos, kuri bus skirta atsiskaitymams su tiekėjais ir apyvartinio kapitalo poreikiams padengti, įskaitant išlaidas kurui, pašarams, trąšoms ir kitoms einamosioms ūkio sąnaudoms. Paskolos tikslas – užtikrinti sklandų ūkio veiklos tęstinumą ir savalaikį finansinių įsipareigojimų vykdymą.

Pažymėtina, kad tai antrasis ūkininko projektas Insoil platformoje. Pirmoji paskola buvo visiškai grąžinta laiku, kas patvirtina ūkininko finansinę drausmę, atsakingą požiūrį į įsipareigojimus ir mažesnę investavimo riziką.

Atsižvelgiant į ūkio veiklos istoriją, veiklos diversifikaciją, planuojamą dirbamos žemės plėtrą ir teigiamą ankstesnio bendradarbiavimo patirtį, šis projektas gali būti vertinamas kaip patikima ir vidutinės rizikos investavimo galimybė Insoil investuotojų bendruomenei.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
