Ūkininkas žemės ūkio veiklą pradėjo 2018 metais Kauno rajone ir nuo pat pradžių nuosekliai plėtoja augalininkystės ūkį. Šiuo metu jis dirba 52,04 ha žemės, iš kurių 17,51 ha yra nuosavi. Ūkyje auginami kviečiai, pupos ir žirniai - kultūros, užtikrinančios diversifikuotą, subalansuotą ir stabilų gamybos ciklą.

Ūkiui valdyti naudojamas tvirtas ir funkcionalus technikos parkas, leidžiantis savarankiškai atlikti visus pagrindinius žemės ūkio darbus. Turima technika apima javų kombainą, traktorių, germinatorių, purkštuvą bei kitus smulkesnius padargus. Ši įranga sudaro sąlygas efektyviam dirvožemio panaudojimui, racionaliam resursų valdymui ir aukštos kokybės produkcijos užauginimui.

Ūkininkas planuoja toliau plėtoti veiklą - ateityje numatoma didinti dirbamos žemės plotus ir atnaujinti technikos bazę, siekiant didesnio našumo bei mažesnių eksploatacinių kaštų. Šiuo metu pritraukiamas finansavimas naujo traktoriaus įsigijimui, kuris sustiprins ūkio techninius pajėgumus ir leis efektyviau organizuoti sezono darbus.

Ūkininkas InSoil platformoje jau yra sėkmingai grąžinęs dvi paskolas, o bendra suteiktų paskolų suma siekia 86 400 €. Investuotojams jis yra sumokėjęs 8 948,82 € palūkanų.
Visi ankstesni įsipareigojimai buvo vykdomi laiku ir sklandžiai, o tai atspindi aukštą finansinę drausmę ir patikimumą.

Šis projektas yra nuoseklios ūkio plėtros tąsa - investicija į technikos modernizavimą dar labiau padidins gamybos efektyvumą ir sustiprins ūkio konkurencingumą.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
