Šiuo projektu kviečiame investuoti į žemės ūkio bendrovės plėtrą Latvijoje, Jekabpilyje. "Lejas Jērāni'' augina ir parduoda grūdines kultūras - javai ir rapsai auga 624 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės, iš kurių 250 ha priklauso

Šiuo metu bendrovė sėja žieminius kviečius (250 ha), žieminius rapsus (60 ha), timotėjos (30 ha), raudonuosius eraičinus (30 ha), baltuosius dobilus (22 ha), pupas (21 ha), vasarinius rapsus (32 ha), avižas (60 ha) ir rugius (15 ha). 

Dabartinį bendrovės technikos parką sudaro trys John Deere traktoriai, du Claas kombainai, sėjamoji ir purkštuvas. Bendrovė taip pat turi grūdų džiovyklą ir bokštus pasėliams laikyti.

Nors pagrindinė bendrovės veikla yra augalininkystė ir sėklininkystė (kuri visose auginamose sėklose yra sertifikuota). Žiemą, kai žemės ūkio veikloje yra ramus laikotarpis, bendrovė gauna papildomų pajamų teikdama miško išvežimo paslaugas, taip pat teikia sėklų valymo paslaugas.



Kadangi ūkis nuolat plečiasi, ši paskola reikalinga žemei pirkti, smulkiems techniniams remonto darbams ir degalams įsigyti. Paskola užtikrinama Claas Lexion 600TT ir daugiau kaip 22 ha žemės įkeitimu. 
Įkeitimas bus įregistruotas per 30 dienų nuo paskolos išmokėjimo. Taip yra dėl to, kad traktorius šiuo metu gabenamas iš Jungtinės Karalystės į ūkį Latvijoje (projekto savininkas pateikia sąskaitą faktūrą ir mokėjimo pavedimą patvirtinantį dokumentą). O žemės įkeitimas gali būti įregistruotas tik tada, kai bus pervestos lėšos.

Pažymėtina, kad bendrovė anksčiau visiškai grąžino vieną paskolą "HeavyFinance" platformoje.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
