Projekto savininkas 2016 m. gavo ūkį iš savo tėvo (5 ha) ir nuo to laiko jį išplėtė iki 29 ha. Jam nuosavybės teise priklauso 10 ha, dar 19 ha yra ilgalaikės nuomos sutartys. Ūkį jam padeda prižiūrėti tėvas. Ūkininkas taip pat samdo sezoninius darbininkus.
Karolis augina Didžiosios Lenkijos avis (viena iš Lenkijos žemumų veislių), kurios taip pat yra viena iš saugomų veislių. Konservacinė veislininkystė taikoma pirminėms galvijų veislėms, kurių populiacijos nyksta. Siekiama apsaugoti jų genofondą, kartu sumažinant inbrydingą. Lenkijoje keturios galvijų veislės pripažintos konservacinėmis veislėmis: Lenkijos raudonosios, Lenkijos juodmargės, Lenkijos raudonplaukės, Lenkijos raudonplaukės ir baltnugarės. Šiuo metu ūkininkas turi 300 galvijų. Jis gavo subsidijas, susijusias su specialiųjų veislių išlaikymu, kurios 2021 m. sudarė 18 346 €.

Be to, ūkininkas taip pat laiko 40 mėsinių galvijų - mišrūnų mėsinių veislių galvijų.
Dalį pašarų gyvuliams gamina pats, todėl augina: kukurūzus (10 ha) ir kviečius / miežius (10 ha). Be to, gyvuliai turi 9 ha pievų ir žolynų.

Paskola padės ūkininkui nusipirkti kai kuriuos šalia ūkio esančius pastatus, taip pat įsigyti trąšų ir augalų apsaugos priemonių pavasariui.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
