Projekto savininkas savo ūkį įgijo 2015 m., kai jo tėvai jam perleido žemę (10 ha). Nuo to laiko jis ėmėsi modernizuoti ūkį, specializuodamasis auginti svogūnus ir bulves, taip pat didindamas plotą.
Dabartinė sėjos struktūra:
30 ha bulvių, 12 ha svogūnų, 5 ha cukrinių runkelių, 6 ha pupelių ir 7 ha kviečių.
Sėjos struktūra yra didesnė nei deklaruotas plotas, nes jis žemę dirba pagal susitarimą su kaimynais. Šiuo metu jis ūkininkauja 35 ha dokumentuose nurodytos žemės. Bendras pasėlių plotas, kuris gaunamas pagal ūkininko deklaraciją ir sąskaitose faktūrose parduotų pasėlių kiekį, yra 60 hektarų.

Ūkininkas siekia visiškai automatizuoti gamybą, kad nereikėtų samdyti papildomų darbuotojų. Daugumą pareigų jam padeda atlikti brolis. Projekto savininkas šiuo metu laukia tvaraus ūkininkavimo sertifikato ir jau atliko visas reikiamas procedūras. Be to, jis aktyviai dalyvauja svogūnų augintojų asociacijoje, nes yra laikomas vienu iš labiausiai gerbiamų svogūnų augintojų savo regione.

HeavyFinance lėšos padės ūkininkui finansuoti grūdų sandėlio su mansarda (70x12 m) statybą. Dėl to padidės produkcijos pelningumas, nes bus įrengta rūšiavimo įranga ir pakavimo linija. Kita investicija bus dirvos mulčiavimo įrenginys, pagerinsiantis žemės dirbimą.
Po šių pritaikymų kitas tikslas bus padidinti plotą.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
