Ūkininkas ūkininkauja nuo 2001 m., kai perėmė ūkį iš savo tėvų. Jis perėmė 2 ha ploto ūkį, kurį nuo to laiko sugebėjo išplėsti ir išsinuomoti 130 ha. Jis ūkininkauja savarankiškai su žmona ir sezoniškai samdo darbininkus, kurie padeda ūkyje.

Jis verčiasi mėsinių galvijų penėjimu ir žemdirbyste. Šiuo metu laiko apie 200 galvijų, augina 15 ha cukrinių runkelių, 50 ha kukurūzų, 15 ha kukurūzų silosui, 3 ha kviečių, 7 ha miežių, 10 ha rugių, 10 ha kvietrugių, 2 ha svogūnų, 2 ha bulvių, 5 ha avižų.

Šiuo metu ūkininkui reikalingos lėšos apyvartinėms lėšoms ir pašarų vežimėliui bei purkštuvui įsigyti. 

Per ateinančius dvejus metus ūkininkas planuoja išplėsti savo ūkį dar 20 ha ir nori pastatyti naują tvartą, kad galėtų sutalpinti daugiau galvijų ir taip padidinti savo uždarbio galimybes. 
Tai jo antroji paskola - pirmoji buvo žalioji paskola, kuri šiuo metu tvarkoma. Ūkininkas ieško papildomų lėšų apyvartinėms lėšoms padidinti. Paskolai užtikrinti bus įregistruotas 2,01 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės (su pastatais) įkeitimas. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad tas pats turtas buvo įkeistas jo pirmajai paskolai PL0001272 platformoje.

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
