Ūkininkas 1985 m. perėmė ūkį iš savo tėvų. Nuo to laiko jam pavyko išplėsti ūkį nuo 8 ha iki 20 ha, iš kurių jam priklauso 13,5 ha. Ūkiui jis vadovauja kartu su žmona ir daugiausia užsiima kiaulių auginimu - šiuo metu per metus augina apie 1 200 kiaulių.
10 % pašarų ūkininkas pasigamina pats, likusius 90 % perka. Šiuo metu ūkininkas augina daniškas kiaules - turi 3 penėjimo patalpas. Viena penėjimo patalpa yra visiškai automatizuota ir nereikalaujanti priežiūros, ją sudaro šėryklos, ventiliatoriai ir pašarų talpykla. Kiti 2 yra pusiau automatiniai, juose yra automatinės pašarų dėžės. 
Papildomi 400 penimų kiaulių padidintų pajamas maždaug 85 000 EUR.

Jo pasėlius sudaro 1,39 ha žieminių kviečių, 3,02 ha žirnių, 7,38 ha lubinų, 5,24 ha kukurūzų, 0,63 ha javų ir žirnių mišinio ir 0,75 ha vasarinių miežių.

Ūkininkas planuoja modernizuoti savo ūkį, ypač kiaulių fermą, kad gamyba būtų pelningesnė. Gavęs mūsų finansavimą, ūkininkas galės padidinti kiaulių auginimą iki 1 600 kiaulių per metus.

Projekto savininkas jau yra gavęs paskolų iš "HeavyFinance", kurios buvo grąžintos laiku.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
