Ūkininkui ūkį 2011 m. perdavė jo tėvas. Pirmaisiais metais jis apdirbo 20 ha. Šiuo metu jo ūkio plotas - 80 ha, iš kurių 63 ha yra jo turima žemė. Palyginti su praėjusiais metais, šis plotas padidėjo 20 ha.
Be to, tai jau trečioji jo paskola iš "HeavyFinance", o dėl ankstesnių dviejų jis galėjo įsigyti naujos technikos. 

Pagrindinės ūkininko pajamos yra augalininkystė, kai taikoma dabartinė sėjos struktūra: Šiuo metu sėjama 30 ha kviečių, 20 ha rapsų, 17 ha kukurūzų ir 13 ha kvietrugių. 

Ūkyje naudojama tokia technika kaip:

  • JOHN DEERE W540 kombainas (2016 m.)
  • ZETOR traktorius (2002 m.)

  • UNIA PLUS 2521 purkštuvas (2022 m.) (finansuojamas pagal "HeavyFinance" paskolą)
  • AMAZONE AD 300 Super sėjamoji (2022 m.) (finansuojama pagal "HeavyFinance" paskolą)
Artimiausiu metu ūkininkas visiškai pereis prie neariamosios žemdirbystės, nes nori gauti didesnes subsidijas iš naujų Europos Sąjungos programų ir dalyvauti "HeavyFinance" anglies dvideginio programoje. Kitais metais ūkininkas planuoja išsinuomoti 30 ha iš žemės ūkio paskirties žemės agentūros. Kitas žingsnis bus įsigyti traktorių ir mulčiuotuvą.

Ūkininkas parduoda derlių nuolatiniam supirkėjui - bendrovei AGROFER.

Už projekto "Heavy Finance" lėšas ūkininkas įsigis priekabą PRONAR T680 (ja taip pat bus užtikrinta paskola) ir pakabinamą trąšų barstytuvą AMAZONE ZA-M 1502. Su trąšų barstytuvu ūkininkas pradės užsiimti tiksliuoju ūkininkavimu.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
