Ūkininkas jau 26 metus yra šios įmonės savininkas. Jo tėvas jam perdavė tik 4 hektarus. Nuo to laiko jis pridėjo papildomus 22 hektarus (20 ha pagal ilgalaikę nuomos sutartį). Šiuo metu ūkininkas ūkyje dirba kartu su tėvu.

Pagrindinės ūkio pajamos - aukštos kokybės pieno gamyba. Ūkininkas yra gavęs apdovanojimų už savo produkcijos kokybę ir turi jos kokybės vertinimo sertifikatus. Šiuo metu jis laiko 48 aukštos melžiamumo holšteinų fryzų veislės karves ir vieną veislinį limuzinų veislės bulių. Be to, jis parduoda veršelius. Šiuo metu per mėnesį primelžiama iki 30 000 l pieno. Pašarus ūkininkas ruošia tik pats. Jis augina kukurūzus (6 ha), kviečius (8 ha), žieminius miežius (6 ha) ir rapsus (6 ha) - visi augalai, išskyrus kviečius ir rapsus, skirti pašarams.

Ūkyje naudojama įranga:

    Šiuo metu verslininkas yra sudaręs pieno tiekimo sutartį su "Ozorko".

    Per 4 metus ūkyje bus įrengta fotovoltinė sistema ir saulės kolektoriai. Taip pat planuojama įrengti nedidelę biodujų jėgainę, dėl kurios ūkis taps dar labiau nepriklausomas.

    Šiuo metu tai jau trečioji ūkininko paskola iš 3 planuojamų, o projekto tikslas - finansuoti 20 karvių įsigijimą, o likusią sumą panaudoti apyvartinėms lėšoms ir pasiruošimui naujam sezonui. Ūkininkas nori padidinti pieno gamybą, nes grūdų gamyba šiuo metu yra mažiau pelninga.


    2022 m. pajamas sudaro 5 696 EUR subsidijų.
    2021 m. pajamas sudaro 4 259 EUR subsidijų.

    Project risks

    For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

    In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

    Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

    Additional information:

    If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
