Payment schedule
Projekto savininkas ūkininkauja nuo 2020 m., paveldėjęs 0.2 ha iš senelio brolio. Vėliau jis nuomojosi žemę šioje vietovėje. Po 3 metų darbo jis dirba 30 ha, iš kurių 3 ha yra jo nuosavos. Ūkyje padeda jo tėtis arba draugas. Be savo ūkio, ūkininkas taip pat teikia paslaugas kitiems ūkiams
Ūkis paskirstomas pagal struktūrą: Kukurūzai sudaro 5 ha, avižos - 8 ha, saulėgrąžos - 4 ha, vikiai - 3 ha.
Ūkyje naudojama technika:
- Traktorius Ursus C380,
- Gaspardo kukurūzų sėjamoji (1998 m.),
- Abra barstytuvas,
- 3 m purkštuvas, Unia plūgas,
- Unia kultivatorius.
Ūkininkas pateikė paraišką pagal "jaunojo ūkininko" programą naujam holland 140 AG traktoriui įsigyti. Artimiausiu metu ūkininkas planuoja pereiti prie neariamosios žemdirbystės. HeavyFinance investuotojų bendruomenės finansavimas padės ūkininkui įsigyti naują traktorių. Paskolai užtikrinti bus įkeistas 1,56 ha žemės sklypas.
Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad rizikos vertinimas atliktas atsižvelgiant tik į 2022 m. pajamas (remiantis sąskaitomis faktūromis), nes verslo veikla buvo pradėta 2020 m. ir 2021 m. negavo jokių pajamų.
Į 2022 m. pajamas taip pat įtraukta 5 276,76 EUR ES subsidijų.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
