Payment schedule
Pagal šį projektą investuotojai gali skolinti kapitalą Lenkijos pieno ūkiui. Žemės ūkio verslininkas kartu su žmona šį ūkį įkūrė 2002 m., paveldėjęs žemės sklypą iš tėvų.
Šiuo metu šeimos ūkyje laikoma 40 Holšteinų-Fryzų veislės karvių, kurios gauna stabilias metines pajamas pagal ilgalaikę sutartį su didžiausiu Lenkijos pieno ir pieno produktų gamintoju MLEKPOL.
39 ha deklaruotos žemės ūkio paskirties žemės daugiausia naudojama karvių pašarams auginti (20 ha kukurūzų, 20 ha kviečių). 15,17 ha šios žemės bus naudojama kaip užstatas, kad investuotojams būtų suteikta daugiau garantijų dėl paskolos šiam ūkiui.
Be žemės ir gyvulių, ūkyje taip pat yra du traktoriai - Ferguson 5771 ir Ferguson 8150 - kartu su kombainu Deutz-Fahr 1630 ir kita mažesne technika.
Praėjusiais metais ūkininkas padidino savo žemės plotą, išsinuomodamas papildomus 21 hektarą. Nuo 2023 m. jis pradėjo dirbti žemę be žemės dirbimo. Šie metai jam yra bandomieji, jei jie bus sėkmingi, jis pradės beicuoti visą savo žemę.
Pasinaudodamas "HeavyFinance" paskola, ūkininkas tikisi baigti stoginės statybą savo ūkyje ir įsigyti papildomų sėklų naujam sezonui.
2021 m. pajamas sudaro 11 312 EUR subsidijų. Ši paskola projekto savininkui yra trečioji, o užstatas - ta pati žemė kaip ir anksčiau.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
