Ūkio vieta Ūkis yra Losy kaime, Varmijos Mozūrų krašte, Ilavos apskrityje, Lubavos savivaldybėje. Losy yra nedidelis kaimas, garsėjantis daugiausia žemės ūkiu.

2017 m. ūkininkas paveldėjo apie 16 ha šeimos ūkį, kuris metai iš metų plečiasi, nuomodamas vis daugiau žemės. Šiuo metu jam priklauso apie 34 ha. Plius iš aplinkinių ūkininkų, kurie nenori sudaryti nuomos sutarties, yra apie 60 ha. 

Mišriame ūkyje daugiausia dėmesio skiriama augalininkystei ir gyvulininkystei (paukštininkystei ir mėsiniams galvijams). Nuo 2018 m. ūkininkas augina skerstinus naminius paukščius. Kasmet projekto savininkas tvarko 17 įterptinių 24 000 vnt. paukščių, kurių kiekvienas auginamas ir penimas iki šešių savaičių ir grąžinamas į skerdyklą. Ūkis gauna pašarus ir vištieną kompensacijomis, už kurias atsiskaitoma po išmetimo. 

Vyras taip pat nuo 2015 m. valdo mėsinius galvijus, šiai dienai augina 196 penimus galvijus ir tuos galvijus, kurie pagal sutartį su įmone Zakłady Mięsne Łuniewscy apie 200 vnt.



Jo augalininkystės ūkį sudaro kukurūzai (silosui) 60 %, kviečiai 20 %, kvietrugiai 20 % plius prie to pūdymas šienui silosuoti, o nuėmus kukurūzus silosui, sėjame tarpueilius (žolę su Gorzow mišiniu). Jis gauna gerą derlių, turėdamas omenyje, kad ūkininkavimas yra ekologiškas, ir daug dėmesio skirdamas gamtą supančios ekonomikos gerovei.



Gautas pajamas investuoja, nuolat tobulina ūkį , o pavyzdys - naujos žemės ūkio technikos įsigijimas. Vyrui tvarkytis ūkyje padeda žmona, ūkyje gerai įrengta technika - traktorius Same Antares, Ursus c360, traktorius, trąšų barstytuvas, diskinė šienapjovė, traktorius New Holland TM 190, Kevreneland 6 korpusų rotacinis plūgas, Gruber, Hardii prikabinamas purkštuvas, Kinstal akėčios, vyniotuvas, Metal-Tech TS 18 priekaba, 2 vienašės priekabos 9 tonų keliamosios galios.

Ūkininkas planuoja papildyti savo technikos parką teleskopiniu krautuvu MERLO TF 38.10 CS 145, gavęs dvi "HeavyFinance" paskolas, iš viso 79 000 EUR, ir įkeis įsigyjamą krautuvą pagal abi paskolas vienoda įkeitimo verte. Pirmoji 39 500 € paskola bus užtikrinta 67 115 € įkeitimo verte, todėl LTV sudarys 59 %.

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
