Payment schedule
2021 m. kovo mėn. ūkininko tėvas perleido 10 ha ūkį, o po 4 mėnesių buvo pridėta dar 20 ha iš jo dėdės.
Ponas Maiklas užsiima Holšteinų fryzų (HF) veislės pieninių galvijų auginimu, šiuo metu jis laiko 60 galvijų, kurių metinis derlius siekia 480 000-540 000 l. Pienas tiekiamas į Mlekpol Grajewo pieninę.
Ūkyje taip pat laikoma 20 veršelių, kurie naudojami bandai papildyti. Buliukai parduodami vietos ūkininkams.
Verslininkas rupųjį pašarą ruošia iš savo medžiagų, nes turi 20 ha kukurūzų, 20 ha liucernų ir 25 ha žolės šienainio. Koncentruotiems pašarams ruošti jis perka sojas, rapsus ir granules.
Ūkį jam padeda prižiūrėti brolis ir dėdė.

Šiaudai grįžta į laukus mėšlo pavidalu, šiemet ūkininkas pradeda sėti tarpinius pasėlius ir gerovės eko-schemą. Jis taip pat turi 44 kW fotovoltinį įrenginį.
Artimiausiu metu bus statomos dvi silosinės (ūkio modernizavimas), taip pat įsigytas Weidemann teleskopinis krautuvas.
Finansavimas bus paskirstytas į dvi dalis, pirmoji dalis bus skirta paskolos kitoje institucijoje refinansavimui.
Kitas finansavimas bus skirtas 1 ha žemės pirkimui, 13 726 EUR, ir 20 karvių pirkimui, kurių viena kainuos 2 470 EUR, iš viso 49 400 EUR. Likusi finansavimo dalis bus panaudota silosinėms statyti, karvių septikui ir srutų rezervuarui padidinti bei krautuvui įsigyti (šios investicijos įtrauktos į paraišką ūkiui modernizuoti iš ES).
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
