Payment schedule
Ūkininkas ūkininkauja nuo 1989 m., kai pats pradėjo ūkininkauti, o vėliau išplėtė ūkį iki 200 ha, iš kurių jam priklauso 31,5 ha. Ūkyje užsiima augalininkyste ir mėsinių galvijų auginimu. Dirba savarankiškai ir sezoniškai samdo darbininkus. Jo sėjomainos struktūrą sudaro 90 ha kukurūzų ir 60 ha kviečių. Jo bandą sudaro 161 melžiama karvė, 22 veršingos telyčios, 30 veršingų telyčių ir apie 40 veršelių bei telyčių. Savo ūkyje jis naudoja tokią techniką, pvz:
- FENDT traktorius (9636)- 2009 m.
- ARION traktorius (600) - 2013 m.
- JOHN DEERE traktorius (6330) - 2010 m.
- BRANDT priekaba, 2018 m.
- MAGNUM STRAUTMANN priekaba 2023 m.
- PICHON 16 tonų barstytuvas 2022 m.
Per ateinančius 3 metus ūkininkas planuoja nuolat plėsti bandą, dirbdamas kartu su sūnumi, jie tarpusavyje turi daugiau kaip 400 galvijų. Pagrindinis tikslas - pastatyti naują labai pažangų tvartą visai bandai. Paskolą ketinama panaudoti jo paskoloms su HF refinansuoti ir sąskaitoms už pašarus ir trąšas apmokėti. Užstato vertė gali šiek tiek pasikeisti, nes rengiamas vertinimas.
Project risks
For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.
In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.
Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
Additional information:
If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
