"Foz dos Aromas" jau turi 2 "HeavyFinance" paskolas (PT0000518 ir PT0000565 - abi mokamos be vėlavimų nuo 2021 m. sausio mėn.) ir dabar jai reikia tarpinės paskolos saulės kolektoriams įsigyti ir įrengti. Projekto savininkas šiai investicijai turi patvirtintą NG-PDR2020 vyriausybės fondą, kuris bus išmokėtas po to, kai plokštės bus visiškai įdiegtos. Tada jis šias lėšas panaudos šiai paskolai grąžinti.

Įmonė savo veiklą pradėjo 2012 m., pradėdama nuo 5 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės ploto Vale Mondego mieste. Šioje Portugalijos pakrantės centre esančioje vietovėje gausi tiek floros, tiek faunos biologinė įvairovė, todėl ji puikiai tinka bioekologiniams procesams ir sudaro sąlygas augti įvairioms kultūroms. Vėliau ši teritorija išsiplėtė iki 50 ha, visi šie plotai sertifikuoti kaip ekologinės ir ekologinės gamybos plotai.

Šiuo metu įmonėje dirba 6 nuolatiniai darbuotojai, o sezonų piko metu samdoma daugiau darbuotojų. Foz dos Aromas" specializuojasi aromatinių ir vaistinių žolelių, ypač mėtų (Mentha piperita), vaistinės melisos (Melissa officinalis), mairūno (Origanum majorana L.; Majorana hortensis M.), pikantiškojo šalavijo (Satureja montana), paprastojo čiobrelio (Timus vulgaris), prancūziškojo estragono (Artemisia dracunculus) ir citrinžolės (Cymbopogon citrates), gamyboje.

Didžiąją dalį produkcijos jie parduoda Prancūzijos platintojui "L'Herbier du Diois".

Siekdama paskatinti investuotojus finansuoti šį projektą, "HeavyFinance" siūlo 0,5 l butelį portugališko alyvuogių aliejaus kiekvienam investuotojui, finansuojančiam ne mažiau kaip 400 eurų, 2 butelius investuotojams, investavusiems ne mažiau kaip 750 eurų, ir 3 butelius investuotojams, finansuojantiems 1000 eurų ir daugiau.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
