Įmonė, įsteigta 2012 m. Vale Mondego vietovėje ir turinti 5 ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės, įgijo patirties auginant ekologišką produkciją. Turėdama sertifikatus ir taikydama tvarią praktiką, ūkis parduoda savo produkciją už didesnę kainą ir gauna daugiau subsidijų iš vyriausybės. Bėgant metams, ūkis išsiplėtė ir dabar turi 50 ha dirbamos žemės, o įdarbino 6 nuolatinius darbuotojus ir dar daugiau darbininkų, kad galėtų patenkinti sezono piko metu kylančius poreikius.

Ūkis specializuojasi aromatinių ir vaistinių žolelių, ypač mėtų (Mentha piperita), vaistinės melisos (Melissa officinalis), mairūno (Origanum majorana L.; Majorana hortensis M.), pikantiškojo (Satureja montana), čiobrelio (Timus Vulgaris), prancūziškojo estragono (Artemisia dracunculus) ir citrinžolės (Cymbopogon citrates), auginime. Bendrovė didžiąją dalį produkcijos parduoda Prancūzijos platintojui "L'Herbier du Diois".



Bendrovei "Foz dos Aromas" reikia 6 mėnesių tarpinės paskolos saulės baterijoms įsigyti ir įrengti, nes šiai investicijai yra patvirtinta vyriausybės subsidija. Paskola bus grąžinta, kai plokštės bus visiškai įdiegtos ir gautos lėšos.

Bendrovė visiškai grąžino dvi "HeavyFinance" paskolas, kurių bendra suma - 58 750 EUR, ir šiuo metu turi dvi aktyvias paskolas, kurių aktyvus likutis - 112 853 EUR. Iš viso "HeavyFinance" investuotojų bendruomenė jau uždirbo 17 225 € palūkanų.


Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

Additional information:

If the project owner does not collect the amounts to be financed, the collected funds will be returned to the funders by transferring them to the account from which they were transferred. The Platform Operator also has the right to offer the Project Owner to reduce the amount to be financed during the Project financing term or to extend the Project financing term. In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
