A famous farmer started an organic farm 13 years ago. The farmer won the award for innovation in developing an organic farm, and his extraordinary dedication has even been mentioned on social media. Moreover, the man was granted by the EU program "Young Farmer" for his walnut orchard in the village of Sadovets, Pleven region.
15 hectares of land are split for different activities: 11 hectares of land dedicated to rose hips, 2,5 hectares for the walnut garden, and in the rest of land grows chokeberries. A farmer makes a profit from rose hips during the off-peak period for walnuts, rose hips not only compensate for the “empty period” but even help to make a profit.
He has his own equipment for his daily tasks - a tractor, a specialized harvester for rose hips and chokeberries, a plough, a harrow, and many other essential tools. The farmer dries the berries and also makes juices which later are sold at a local Bulgarian market.
A farmer is full of creative ideas, he searches for every opportunity to improve his farming activities. He has applied for EU subsidies under measure 4.2 for cold chambers, new drying facilities, and juice production facilities for his rose hips sees oil production.
Now the businessman is seeking additional finance to increase the working capital.
The farmer has fully repaid his previous loan on the HeavyFinance platform and currently has two loans with the current outstanding of 27 463 € which he has been making payments on time.
Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
