Vileks agro, established in 2014, currently cultivates 162.43 hectares of farmland, where wheat, sunflower, corn, and alfa alfa are grown. The farm also includes 8 ha of peach orchard in the village of Goran, Lovech district. This year, the owner will expand the peach orchard and diversify the business with vegetables and watermelons. In order to irrigate his new plots, he has rented a dam with a long-term contract
Since the first days of operations, the company heavily invested in the technical fleet, which now consists of 3 tractors, combine harvesters, planter, harrow, cultivators, and other smaller pieces of equipment. The company has switched from conventional farming to minimum tillage.
The company has one loan taken from the HeavyFinance investor community and currently doesn't have an overdue instalment on its first loan BG0000321..
The company's current objective is to refinance 52% of its initial loan, which presently carries an active balance of 13,532 EUR. The remaining portion will be designated for bolstering working capital. As for the remaining part of loan BG0000321, it is slated for complete refinancing through the forthcoming loan in the pipeline.
In order to secure the loan, the wheeled tractor CLASS, model ARES 557 ATZ, previously pledged as collateral for BG0000321, will be registered. Based on the latest valuation report, the assessed value of this pledged asset stands at 33,616 EUR. Additionally, the company director is offering his personal surety as an additional safeguard.
Please note that the collateral will be pledged as a second-rank mortgage (after BG0000321) until the loan BG0000321 is fully repaid.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
