About the project
With this project, we provide the HeavyFinance investor community with an opportunity to invest in the development of Magava UAB technical fleet. The firm is borrowing for the purchase of acombine harvester Claas Lexion 760 T41. The purchased technical unit will be pledged to secure the loan.
Established in 2013, Magava, UAB is a used heavy equipment rental and sales company based in Lithuania. Seeing that the market for heavy equipment rental is increasing, the company wants to expand operations. Due to this reason the company is borrowing €101 640 to purchase a combine harvester, which will be rented out.
The HeavyFinance community has already invested in four of the company's projects to purchase combine harvesters and a tractor. The company's current loan portfolio amounts to €346 740. The project owner is paying his instalments on time and has already fully repaid one loan of €92 900. In total, HeavyFinance investors have already earned over €40 000 in interest from Magava UAB.

Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
