This project invites you to invest in the development of a newly established company, Eco laikas UAB, which cultivates nut trees.

The company planted 2 200 seedlings last year and expects to start harvesting nuts in 2023. With strong ambition, the company plans to plant another 2 500 nut trees next year. The land is fully prepared for cultivation with a water reservoir dug out and the construction of technical buildings for the maintenance of the nut trees built.

In addition, the company submitted a project to the NMA earlier this year and plans to expand its land area and grow more nut trees with the funds.
Now, The company is seeking for 49 500 € from the HeavyFinance investor community. Part of the amount from this loan will be used for the development of nut trees, and the remaining amount will be used for refinancing an existing loan with another financial institution.

The main investors and developers of Eco laikas UAB are the shareholder and her spouse. On this basis, the shareholder agrees to provide her personal surety to secure the loan together with an additional guarantee from Tiksil Reklama UAB, another company she owns. Moreover, the loan is also secured by a mortgage on 11,68 ha of land with existing trees.

It is noteworthy that the company started operating in late 2020 and has not yet generated income from its harvest. During the first 9 months of 2022, the company generates revenue of 19 368 € with 1 125 €. While in 2021 the company's income was 15 700 € with a net loss of (4 911) €.
On that note, the risk rating of the loan was calculated on the basis of Tiksil Reklama UAB, a guarantor company's financial data.


Eco laikas UAB has one existing loan with HeavyFinance (LT0000167) for the purchase of a tractor and implements with a current balance of EUR 8 715. All instalments are made on time.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
