This project provides the HeavyFinance investor community with an opportunity to invest in the development of the Lithuanian farm.

The farmer has been engaged in farming since 2015, and now she is developing a 152 ha crop farm in the Pakruojis district. Most of the land is rented, and the farmer herself owns 2 ha. The farm grows crops such as wheat, oilseed rape, beans, and peas. The entrepreneur has other plans for the further development of the farm - in the future, she plans to acquire more arable land suitable for crop production and expand her agricultural activities.

The farm's heavy-equipment fleet consists of two tractors, a combine harvester, a seed drill, and other necessary equipment, which is essential for efficient work.

In 2021, the farmer's loss was due to a lower quality harvest. Last year, the farmer harvested around 800t of wheat, 100t of beans and 25t of rapeseed. For all the crops harvested, the farmer earned more than 300 000 € of income.

With help from the HeavyFinance investor community, the businesswoman has purchased a combine harvester, a mounted fertilizer spreader and a telescopic loader from funds received on two of her previous loans (LT0000068, LT0000093). Currently, the project owner has 4 active loans on the HeavyFinance platform with a total active balance 0f 49 923 € and has already fully repaid one loan on the HeavyFinance platform. All payments are being made on time.

Now, she is looking for 65 340 € for a purchase of combine harvester which will be used as collateral to secure this loan.

Beside, the loan will also have an extra measure as an 80 % guarantee by the Agricultural Guarantee Fund (an individual guarantee provided by the governmental development institution, the Lithuanian Agricultural Credit Guarantee Fund).
