In 2013, the project owner started to take over her father's specialised crop farm. Through two farms, the family owns 1,200 hectares of agricultural land, of which 210 hectares are owned and the rest is rented. The project owner's long-term goal is to increase the amount of land she owns in the Kaišiadorys district, which is characterised by high agricultural productivity.

Although the farm rotates crops every year, winter and spring wheat and oilseed rape usually occupy a large area. Rye and oats are also grown. The farmer also applies the no-till farming method on her farmland.

The farmer is now borrowing € 10 000 for working capital. This is not her first loan on the HeavyFinance platform, the woman has borrowed 8 loans from the HeavyFinance investor community with a total loan amount of € 487,5k , 6 of which have been fully repaid with a total amount of € 250,5k with zero delay payments. Investors have already earned €38,5k in interest. Currently, a total remaining balance of two existing loans is € 201k

The land area under cultivation of the owner of the project is 620,58 ha, of which 210 ha are owned.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
