We invite you to invest in a family farm that is fully committed to delivering high-quality production and advancing sustainable agriculture.
The farmer began operations in 2012 and currently declares 172.57 hectares of land, of which 20 hectares are personal property, according to the farmer. The entire family farm cultivates a total of 500 hectares. The farm grows wheat, triticale, rapeseed, peas, barley, and beans, ensuring a diverse and high-quality yield.
The farmer actively employs modern farming practices and continually works to expand the farm. Most work is performed by the farmer and his father, with additional help hired during the summer season.
The farm operates modern equipment, including two New Holland tractors, two Massey Ferguson tractors, a Claas Lexion 670 TT combine, a loader, slurry tanker, sprayer, and other necessary machinery for efficient field operations and quality harvests.
The farmer is a reliable, long-standing member of the HeavyFinance community. He previously repaid loan LT0000138 (€144,450) in full, generating more than €14,600 in interest for investors.
Currently, the farm is borrowing solely for working capital needs – to support ongoing operations and seasonal work.

Projekto rizika
Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.
Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.
Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.
Papildoma informacija:
Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
