Green loan
Green Loan is a type of financing that enables farmers to use the proceeds for projects contributing to the environment. For investors, Green Loans give an opportunity to indirectly contribute to the generation of high-quality soil carbon credits, which are later sold on the Voluntary Carbon Market and receive part of the proceeds from their sale.

About the farm
We invite you to invest in a crop farming business established in 2009 in the Širvintos district, managed by the farmer together with his wife’s farm, and committed to delivering high-quality production and efficient farming practices.
Currently, the farmer declares 82.56 hectares of cultivated land, and together with his wife’s farm, the family successfully manages a total of 228.56 hectares, of which 57.2 hectares are privately owned. The farm grows wheat, rapeseed, beans, and oats – crops that ensure a diverse, high-quality output and a well-balanced crop structure.
The farm is equipped with modern and productive machinery, including a Massey Ferguson 7347S Activa combine harvester (2022), a Massey Ferguson 6490 tractor (2012), an Inter-Silo grain drying tower (2022), a Lemken Rubin 9/400 disc harrow (2008), a John Deere 740i sprayer (2010), a Volvo truck (1999), a Schmitz semi-trailer (2008), a Manitou 741MLT 120LSU loader (2010), and other equipment that ensures all work can be carried out independently and efficiently.
The loan will be used for the purchase of agricultural land and working capital, further strengthening the farm’s sustainability and competitiveness.
Join this project and contribute to the growth and development of a family-run farm!
