Introducing an investment opportunity in a viable, sustainable crop farm. The farmer, who has been farming with her husband since 2011 with enthusiasm and professionalism, today manages a farm of 217 hectares, of which 42 hectares belong to the family itself. The family is constantly looking to expand the farm and increase the land under management. The farm currently grows winter and summer wheat, oilseed rape, and beans.
To ensure a high yield and quality harvest, the farmer uses two modern tractors, a hi-tech combine harvester, a cultivator, an efficient seeder, and other high-quality agricultural machinery that enables efficient and productive work.
It is also important to note that this farmer is a reliable and long-standing member of the InSoil community. She has already fully repaid seven loans on the platform and regularly meets her obligations on time.
The funds provided by the investors will be used to purchase a 2.15-hectare land plot.
Currently, the farmer has active collateralized loans with a total balance of €117,394.51.
