General Information
“Smėlynės Farm” is a family-owned regenerative agriculture enterprise located in the Šiauliai region. Its mission is to restore the landscape, regenerate the soil, and revive natural ecosystem processes through symbiotic farming methods while ensuring economic sustainability. The farm has been systematically developed since 2018, guided by a clear, science-based ecological vision.

Farm Activities
The farm manages 17 hectares of land, of which 7 hectares are privately owned. It maintains a herd of more than 50 cattle that are grazed rotationally across the entire 17-hectare area. This movement of livestock, replicating natural ecosystem cycles, helps restore pastures, enhance soil microbial diversity, and increase carbon sequestration.
In crop production, livestock management, and landscape stewardship, regenerative practices are applied to improve soil fertility without intensive tillage, reduce input costs, increase natural resilience, and ensure long-term economic viability.

Educational Activities
Beyond farming, “Smėlynės Farm” plays an important educational role by raising public awareness about soil health, food quality, and the benefits of regenerative agriculture, encouraging other farmers to adopt restoration-based practices.

Financials and Investment Purpose
With a herd exceeding 50 cattle, a well-structured land management system, and a strong commitment to ecological restoration, “Smėlynės Farm” represents a modern, low-risk, and sustainable agricultural model that combines ecological value with long-term financial stability.
The proposed investment aims to expand the farm’s land base through the purchase of a strategically important parcel. This acquisition will strengthen operational capacity, secure continuity, and provide long-term stability for future development.

Summary
“Smėlynės Farm” stands as a model of regenerative agriculture in Lithuania. It integrates environmental responsibility, innovative farming practices, and a science-based vision that delivers ecological and economic value for the long term.
