Farm Overview
A mixed farm was established in 2005 in the Kelmė district, focusing on dairy cattle farming and crop production. The farm keeps approximately 30 dairy cows, while cereal crops are grown primarily for animal feed, creating a closed and efficient production cycle.

Farm Management and Machinery
The farm is managed by the farmer together with family members. It is equipped with essential agricultural machinery, including two tractors and additional implements required for both land cultivation and livestock care. This ensures that all key farming operations can be carried out independently and on time.

Land Area
The farmer manages 82.63 hectares of land, of which 70 hectares are owned. A high proportion of owned land provides a solid foundation for stable and long-term farm operations.

Purpose of the Loan
The farmer has applied to the InSoil investor community for a working capital loan, which will be used to settle obligations with suppliers and ensure smooth day-to-day farm operations.
It is worth noting that the farmer became an InSoil client in 2024. During this period, two loan agreements were concluded and fully repaid, demonstrating a reliable repayment history.

Summary
This is an experienced, family-run mixed farm with a strong asset base, a clear operational structure, and a positive cooperation history with InSoil, offering investors an opportunity to support a stable and responsible agricultural project.
