The farm has been operating in Kaunas District since 2017 and specializes in the cultivation of grain crops. The main crops grown are wheat, rapeseed, and other agricultural crops, which benefit from stable market demand and allow the farm to maintain consistent and predictable operations. Over the years of operation, the farm has accumulated experience that enables efficient planning of agricultural activities, effective cost management, and adaptation to changing climatic and market conditions.

The farmer’s land holdings comprise 117.21 hectares of arable land, of which 8.3 hectares are owned by the farm, while the remaining area is cultivated on other lawful grounds. This land structure provides operational flexibility while maintaining a portion of owned land, which reduces long-term operational risk and strengthens the overall stability of the farm.

The farm is fully equipped with the essential agricultural machinery required to independently carry out all key production processes. The farmer’s machinery fleet includes a combine harvester, a tractor, a sowing machine, a sprayer, a trailer, and other tillage equipment. This technical capacity enables timely and high-quality execution of sowing, crop maintenance, and harvesting operations, while reducing reliance on third-party service providers.

The farmer cultivates the land using no-till technology, which is focused on sustainable farming practices and the long-term preservation of soil fertility. This approach helps reduce soil erosion, retain moisture, lower fuel and labor costs, and contributes to more environmentally friendly agricultural practices. No-till farming also increases the farm’s resilience to adverse climatic conditions and improves soil structure over time.

The farmer has applied to Insoil for a working capital loan intended for the start of the new agricultural season. The loan proceeds are planned to be used for spring sowing activities, balancing working capital needs, and ensuring the smooth implementation of all seasonal agricultural operations, thereby supporting the timely execution of the farming cycle.

It is important to note that this is not the farmer’s first loan on the Insoil platform. The farmer has previously received two loans, both of which were repaid in full and on time. This positive credit history demonstrates the farmer’s financial discipline, responsible approach to financial commitments, and ability to effectively manage cash flows.

Taking into account the farm’s established operating history, stable land base, owned machinery, sustainable farming practices, and proven positive credit record, the farm may be considered a reliable and moderate-risk investment opportunity for investors seeking exposure to real, operating, and sustainable agricultural activities.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
