A crop farm located in the Kupiškis district has been operating since 2009 and specializes in arable farming. The farm’s long operating history reflects the farmer’s accumulated experience and ability to maintain stable agricultural activity under changing market and climatic conditions.

The farmer declares 148.53 hectares of agricultural land, of which 30 hectares are owned, while the remaining area is cultivated on other lawful grounds. This land portfolio forms a solid operational base, enabling sufficient production scale, business continuity, and income stability.

The farm’s machinery fleet consists of two tractors, a combine harvester, and other small agricultural implements required for core arable farming operations. The available technical base allows the farmer to independently carry out sowing, crop maintenance, and harvesting activities, thereby reducing reliance on external service providers and enabling more efficient cost management.

The farmer cultivates the land using no-till technology, which is focused on sustainable farming practices and the long-term preservation of soil fertility. This approach helps reduce production costs, maintain soil structure and moisture, and increases the farm’s resilience to adverse climatic conditions.

The farmer has applied to InSoil for a loan to be used for settling obligations with suppliers and balancing working capital needs. The loan will be secured by a New Holland combine harvester owned by the farmer, which represents a significant and liquid form of collateral.

Taking into account the farm’s long operating history, substantial cultivated land area, sustainable farming practices, and the provided loan collateral, this project may be considered a reliable and moderate-risk investment opportunity for the InSoil investor community.
