FARM OVERVIEW
This project invites investors to participate in the growth of a well-established Lithuanian crop farm. The farmer, who has been active in the agricultural sector since 2009, currently manages 193.06 ha of farmland in the Varėna district, of which 35.58 ha are owned. The farm cultivates buckwheat, rye, oats, and wheat, ensuring a diversified crop structure and reduced exposure to market and climate risks.

FARM MACHINERY
The farm is equipped with all the essential machinery required for efficient crop production. The machinery fleet includes: a combine harvester, a tractor, a seed drill and other cultivation tools. The farmer applies no-till farming technology, which helps preserve soil structure, reduce erosion, and improve long-term soil productivity while minimizing fuel consumption.

CREDIT HISTORY

The farmer has been a client of Insoil since 2021. During this period, five loan agreements were concluded, of which three have already been fully repaid according to schedule, and two remains active. All obligations were performed responsibly, with no recorded late payments. The client therefore demonstrates high financial reliability.

PURPOSE OF FINANCING

The farmer is applying to the Insoil investor community for a loan intended to increase working capital. The funds will be used to cover ongoing operational expenses and prepare the farm for the upcoming season.

PROJECT ASSESSMENT
Considering: more than 16 years of farming experience, a sufficiently large and stable land base, diversified crop production, the use of sustainable no-till farming practices, and an impeccable credit history with Insoil, this project is assessed as a low-risk and reliable investment opportunity, offering stable return potential and supporting sustainable agricultural development.

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
