The farm in the Kėdainiai district was established in 2007 and has consistently invested in long-term agricultural land leases as well as in strengthening its machinery base. Part of the equipment was acquired with support from National Paying Agency (NMA) projects. Currently, the farmer declares 528.67 ha of arable land, of which 53 ha are owned, forming a strong and stable operational foundation.
The farm applies sustainable farming practices and grows rapeseed, wheat, barley, and sugar beet. A diversified crop structure helps ensure efficient crop rotation and reduces operational risk.

The farmer operates a strong machinery fleet, including several tractors, a self-propelled sprayer, a combine harvester, a truck with a semi-trailer for grain transportation, a grain drill, and other tillage and storage equipment necessary for efficient and independent farm operations.

The farmer has applied to the InSoil platform for a loan intended to strengthen working capital and prepare for the spring season. It should be noted that this is not the farmer’s first project on the platform – six loan agreements have been concluded in total, one of which is currently active, and all payments are being made without reproach.

Considering the long-term farming experience, large cultivated land area, strong technical capacity, and responsible fulfillment of financial obligations, the project can be assessed as a reliable and moderate-risk investment opportunity for the InSoil investor community.

Project risks

For this project, there is a risk of losing all the profits made and the funds invested.

In this case, if the Project Owner fails to fulfill its obligations, the Platform Operator will take all necessary measures to protect the interests of investors and use the provided collateral, but the Platform Operator does not guarantee the full fulfillment of the Project Owner's obligations.

Financial agreements are not subject to the insurance protection established by the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.

In this case, if the amount to be financed is reduced or the term of financing the Project is extended, it shall in all cases be announced on the Platform and the Fund's financiers shall be informed.
