Project Summary
The project belongs to a specialized organic farm operating in the Akmenė district since 2004. The farm focuses on sea buckthorn cultivation and processing, developing high value-added products. The requested financing is intended for working capital, mainly for replanting certain areas after the winter season.

Farm Overview
The farm was established in 2004 in the Akmenė district. It declares 117 hectares of land, all of which is owned. The farm is fully organic and holds the relevant certification. It was one of the pioneers of commercial sea buckthorn cultivation in Lithuania.

Operating Model and Value Creation
The farm specializes in sea buckthorn berry cultivation and processing. Initially, only berries were harvested and sold, but since 2006 the farm has been producing sea buckthorn juice commercially. Currently, the farm produces and supplies 17 different product types to customers in Lithuania and abroad.

The farm manages one of the largest sea buckthorn cultivation areas in Eastern Europe dedicated to commercial production. Production includes traditional Prussian sea buckthorn varieties historically grown in the Klaipėda region, as well as newer varieties such as “Mastis”, “Ščerbinka”, and “Sadovaja”. The farm is also developing a product line enriched with natural probiotics.

Technical Infrastructure
The farm operates with all necessary equipment for harvesting and processing sea buckthorn, ensuring a full value chain from cultivation to final product.

Relationship with InSoil
The farm has been a member of the InSoil community since 2023. During this period, it has taken 3 loans totaling EUR 50,000, all of which have been fully repaid.

Financing Purpose
The requested funds will be used for working capital purposes, mainly for replanting part of the fields after the winter season.

Conclusion
The project represents an experienced organic farm with strong value creation through processing, a fully integrated value chain, and a solid market position. The financing purpose is clearly defined and focused on ensuring operational continuity.

Projekto rizika

Šitam projektui, kyla rizika prarasti visą gautą pelną ir investuotas lėšas.

Tokiu atveju, Projekto savininkui neįvykdžius savo įsipareigojimų, Platformos operatorius imsis visų būtinų priemonių investuotojų interesams apsaugoti ir panaudos pateiktą užstatą, tačiau Platformos valdytojas negarantuoja visiško Projekto savininko įsipareigojimų įvykdymo.

Finansinėms sutartims netaikoma Lietuvos Respublikos indėlių ir įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimo įstatymo nustatyta draudimo apsauga.

Papildoma informacija:

Projekto savininkui nesurinkus finansuotinų sumų, surinktos lėšos grąžinamos rėmėjams pervedant jas į sąskaitą, iš kurios buvo pervestos. Platformos operatorius taip pat turi teisę pasiūlyti Projekto savininkui per Projekto finansavimo terminą sumažinti finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsti Projekto finansavimo terminą. Tokiu atveju, sumažinus finansuojamą sumą arba pratęsus Projekto finansavimo terminą, visais atvejais apie tai pranešama Platformoje ir informuojami Fondo finansuotojai.
